Staying healthy is very important. That is why Dr. John has a a controlled Diet and Exercise Regimen tailored to him by Lia Galanakis Cellular and Molecular Dietician and Ex - Footballer turned Personal Trainer Bill Dunis.

Using new DNA Diet and Exercise Systems a Bespoke Health and Fitness plan was created just for him. The team was able to see exactly which foods were better or worse for him, which he needed to increase or decrease the intake of. He was also able to see his perfect body type as well as which exercises were the best for reaching this goal.
